I am a fourth grade teacher in Irving, Texas and this is my 6th year to teach. I am married and I have one son that is almost 4 years old. I also have one dog that is about to have puppies. I am very close to my family, especially my two sisters! I grew up in El Paso, Texas and went to college at Abilene Christian University in Abilene, Texas. I didn’t always want to be a teacher. I started out wanting to be a lawyer, then I decided I wanted to own a business, and then I realized my true calling was to be a teacher! I am very creative. I love to draw, scrapbook, color, paint, sing and dance. I love the mountains and the rain. God is very important in my life and I thank him for every day that he has given me!
